Enhance, position and form a global NewCo.
China-originated assets span preclinical through late-stage clinical. Numina secures the appropriate global rights, defines the Winning Product Blueprint and forms a focused global NewCo.
Some scientifically promising China-originated assets are not immediately ready for NewCo formation. Numina strengthens the evidence package, clarifies product differentiation, and builds a compelling global investor and BD narrative to make them NewCo-ready.

Use China leverage to create a faster value inflection.
Numina also works with promising overseas innovation that is difficult to advance efficiently in its home market — from an idea or patent through preclinical development, and selected clinical stage programs.

Ashwin Ram
Physician-scientist and board-certified radiation oncologist. Former Partner at Catalys Pacific and co-founder of Crystalys, Pathalys, Aquelys, Kirilys and Jupiter; previously worked in early clinical development at Genentech. He earned his MD at the University of Michigan, with additional clinical and scientific training at Johns Hopkins, Stanford and Caltech.

Julien Dodet
Former CEO of Orano Med, where he built lead-212 radioligand therapy capabilities and led more than €600 million in strategic transactions and financings. Previously a Principal at BCG and a senior strategy and China operating executive at AREVA, including Chairman and General Manager of AREVA Nuclear China. He brings deep company-building and transpacific operating experience.

William Hariri
More than 13 years across healthcare banking, corporate development and venture formation at Alira Health and Locust Walk. Former CBO of Enterome, CEO of Iltoo Pharma and co-founder of Exert Therapeutics. William leads capital formation, syndication, transaction structuring, licensing and strategic partnerships for Numina and its NewCos.

Yuan Yan
More than 15 years in healthcare strategy, investment, business development and M&A. Former Head of Investment, BD & M&A at Yunnan Baiyao, with earlier roles at BCG, L.E.K. and Abbott. A Wharton MBA based in China, Yuan leads sourcing, diligence, partner development and local execution.
The founding team is supported by a broad global network of therapeutic-area experts, biotech operators, investors and strategic advisors.
